Montesarchio Bus Shelter

Located 18 km southwest of the capital, in the Caudina Valley, at the foot of Monte Taburno, the municipality of Montesarchio was given the title of “city” with decree of the President of the Republic of 1997.
Monte Taburno and the hill called la “Torre di Montesarchio”, overlook the entire city. In addition to the tower, the hill houses a castle and, further down, the two parts of the old town, the old and the new side. The hill dominates a vast plain where the city has expanded considerably in recent decades.
